How can I place an order with you?
Order your lubricants and heavy-duty machinery oil online or call us at 1.800.227.1062 x121 to place your order.
Where do you deliver to?
1st Choice Energy Services is based in Ohio and delivers across the US. In-person deliveries by one of our friendly team members is also available in Ohio.
Which carriers do you use?
We use FedEx and UPS to get our products to you as quickly as possible.
What are your payment options?
We accept the following credit cards for your secure payment:

If you have an account with Heritage Cooperative and you want to have an order placed on your account, please call us so that we can personally assist you. Just ask one of our energy experts to set this up for you by calling 1.800.227.1062.
How does the offloading process work?
For large orders, our trucks will need space to unload safely. Please let us know about any on-site or transport limitations. If required, please select a liftgate in the shipping options.
How can I return an order?
If the wrong item has been delivered:
- Call customer service at 1.800.227.1062, ext. 121.
- Email us : lubeorders@heritagecooperative.com
We will pay for return shipping if the wrong product was sent to you by mistake.
If the wrong products were ordered, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
Please note that we can only accept unopened and unused return items.
Can I add my order to a Heritage Cooperative account?
Yes, you can place an order through your Heritage Cooperative account, but the order must be placed by phone and not through our online ordering system.
